Hyeokjun Yoon received his M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University, South Korea. During his M.S., he focused on the research about flexible bioelectronics fabricated with nanomaterials and fiber-based materials. He also focused on nanomaterial synthesis of various core-shell nanomaterials and laser-based fabrication process of nanomaterials. For bioelectronics development, he studied the field of electrical circuit design and machine learning as well.
He is currently a graduate student in the Conformable Decoders research group at the MIT Media Lab. His research interest lies in development of flexible bioelectronics for healthcare applications. Specifically, diagnosis and therapeutics through bioelectronics is his main research interest
